The Booking Process
Step one: Enquiry Form
We ask that you fill out your enquiry form for your desired balloon design in as much detail as possible. This will helps us capture what you're looking for in your balloon display and help aid us in creating a visual concept for you as well as an accurate quote.
Step 3: Agreed payment plan
Once you have agreed with your chosen style and are happy with the quote we ask for a percentage of the booking as a deposit to secure your date and booking with us. The remaining balance will then be due 72 hours before the day of the event! For bigger budgets, payment instalments will also be considered.
Step two: Visual concepts and Quote
Once we have received your enquiry form we will send you visual concepts and a digital mock up of your requested display along with quotes of designs within the range of your chosen budget. This stage will only progress once you are happy with the design created!
Step four: Sit back and relax..
At this point you can chill, sit back and be rest assured in the masterpiece that we will craft and curate for your event, creating memorise that will last a lifetime!
